Welcome to the world of Blues.
Adelaide is fortunate to have a vibrant Blues Music scene with many established and emerging musicians. The music covers the complete spectrum, from acoustic to hot electric. Common to all the artists is the enjoyment and dedication they give to the music. I invite you to search out the Blues Music near you. Included in this web site are listings of Blues gigs for the coming months. The Governor Hindmarsh Hotel at 59 Port Road, Hindmarsh, has supported the SA Blues Society for many years and has become our home. Every Wednesday night is the SA BLues Society gig...so come along and enjoy the bands, the people and the venue.
Support for the SA Blues Society is also welcome. Membership is a modest expenditure, and it assists the volunteers to publish the monthly 'Blues News' and run the gigs that support the established and emerging musicians.
